Description:

  • Support the sales team in growing revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Help prospect new business while supporting the growth of the existing install base.
  • Participate in business planning and reporting activities, including monthly forecasts and pipeline development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct research on market expansion opportunities across target regions.
  • Analyze market size, competitive landscape, channel readiness, and digital marketplace maturity.
  • Support go-to-market strategy and top team initiatives through collaboration with operations, marketing, and channel teams.
  • Attend occasional meetings in an Extreme office or customer site when needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Marketing, Professional Selling, or a related field.
  • Ideally in the 3rd or 4th year of study with a graduation date of 2027 or later.
  • Must be a self-starter who is proactive and eager to learn.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
