Generate and distribute accurate and timely billing statements to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve any billing discrepancies.
Maintain customer billing records and update information as needed.
Review and analyze billing data to identify any potential errors or issues.
Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on past due accounts.
Work with customers to set up payment plans or make other arrangements for outstanding balances.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
Continuously strive to improve billing processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
Keep up-to-date with company products and services to accurately answer customer questions.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all privacy policies.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Assist in training new team members on billing processes and procedures.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with billing regulations.
