Temporary HR Services Representative

Providing high-level customer service remotely, the Temporary HR Services Representative will respond to HR inquiries, assist with problem resolution, and support the administration of team member life cycle processes in a full-time temporary role lasting approximately six months. Key responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries via phone, email, and ServiceNow while maintaining confidentiality Assist with problem resolution, monitor case load volumes, and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members Process HR system updates, handle benefit-related enrollment forms, and maintain compliance with company and government regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or relevant benefits work experience preferred Two years of customer service and/or call center experience High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) PeopleSoft and/or HRIS experience preferred Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
