Position: Truck Drivers Supervisor (Amazon Fulfilment)

Wages: $ 37.50 – $ 38.50 per hour for 30 hours/week

Terms of employment: Temporary, Full time

Job Duties:

· Use digital logistics platforms (such as Amazon Relay) to plan work assignments, truck allocations, and monitor load progress to ensure strict Amazon fulfillment deadlines are met.

· Monitor delivery associates' metrics, including on-road quality and adherence to Amazon’s delivery standards, to identify re-training or process improvement opportunities.

· Resolve driver-related issues and collaborate with Amazon fulfillment center staff or dispatch teams to troubleshoot delivery hurdles and operational delays.

· Oversee and enforce all safety rules and regulations, ensuring drivers adhere to safety protocols and maintain high-quality customer delivery standards.

· Provide specialized training for new drivers on Amazon-specific workflows, electronic logging devices (ELDs), and equipment use.

· Review and organize shipping/receiving notices to determine optimal work sequences for delivery routes.

· Monitor and operate tracking tools to ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance to prevent service interruptions.

· Prepare and submit detailed performance reports on driver activities, on-time delivery rates, and operational expenditures.

Education: Completion of Secondary School Graduate Certificate

Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the similar field
